In celebration, the restaurant is extending its happy hours specials all night long and has specials on food items.
Happy hour extension drinks include half off margaritas and 99 cent draft beer.
The owners started the restaurant Jan. 24, 1995 as El Charro and changed the name 10 years into the restaurant business.
“The Oxford community has treated us so well and we look forward to serving the community for many years to come,” said Ramiro Munoz, manager of Casa Mexicana and son of the owner.
