Soup’s On: Old Venice Crab and Crawfish Chowder
Old Venice is famous for its hearty pizzas and sandwiches, but perhaps unsung is its incredibly flavorful Caesar salad, which is available in a lunch special with bread and a bowl of soup. One of the soup choices is the creamy crab and crawfish chowder: crabmeat, crawfish tails, onion, red bell pepper, and sweet corn—with just the right level of spice. Perfectly filling but doesn’t necessitate a nap like the John Wayne pizza might.
Old Venice is on the Oxford Square.
