Soup’s On: Old Venice Crab and Crawfish Chowder

Published

on

photoOld Venice is famous for its hearty pizzas and sandwiches, but perhaps unsung is its incredibly flavorful Caesar salad, which is available in a lunch special with bread and a bowl of soup. One of the soup choices is the creamy crab and crawfish chowder: crabmeat, crawfish tails, onion, red bell pepper, and sweet corn—with just the right level of spice. Perfectly filling but doesn’t necessitate a nap like the John Wayne pizza might.

Old Venice is on the Oxford Square.
