Chef Jon Myrick shows what makes the Fat Larry so fat.
The Meek School of Journalism & New Media’s Journalism Innovation class at the University of Mississippi is designed to expose students to multimedia and alternative forms of storytelling. For HottyToddy.com’s Food & Drink TV channel, the students are assigned to one of Oxford’s unique dining or drinking establishments to profile a signature dish or libation. The students handle all aspects of the shoot with a goal of getting the piece produced in a day.
This episode, about Proud Larrys’, was shot and produced by students Brandon Rook, Natalie Moore, Pete Porter, and Hayden Phillips, with featured music by Moon Pie Curtis.
