Central BBQ Food Truck at HottyToddy.com Parking Lot Saturday

Memphis’ nationally recognized Central BBQ is partnering with HottyToddy.com and will have its food truck Saturday in the HottyToddy.com parking lot, just feet from the Grove and the Vaught.
“We have been consistently recognized as the best Bar-B-Q in Memphis by local media and often by national media,” said Mark Goldsmith, who will man the food truck at the corner of Gertrude Ford/Molly Barr Road and Jackson Avenue.
Central has been operating in Memphis for 14 years now with three locations at Central, Summer and downtown across from the Civil Rights Museum.
“We have pork, beef and chicken and wings, and we do it Memphis style with cole slaw, and our own chips and drink,” Goldsmith said. “We offer plates, 4 to 8 sandwich packs as well as bulk purchases. We also do catering for future events.”
According to Goldsmith, if the food truck is well-received, the group will operate locally for baseball games, Double Decker and football next season.
