HottyToddy.com Happy Hour: Green Roof Lounge's "Sicilian"
As the week ends and 5 o’clock approaches, HottyToddy.com would like to introduce to our readers the HottyToddy Happy Hour! Every Friday we will showcase one bar in town and feature a unique drink from that bar.

This week’s featured beverage comes to you from Green Roof Lounge above the Courtyard Marriott on West Jackson Avenue. The “Sicilian” calls for Bombay sapphire, oleo saccharum, and lemon juice. The bar manager Mason Payne came up with the “Sicilian”. All of the ingredients are made in-house from scratch. He also never buys flavored liquor, but instead, he infuses it himself.
