EatingOxford: Mesquite Chop House Offers Four-Course Wine Dinner June 30
This Thursday, June 30, at 7:00 p.m., Mesquite Chop House, located at 1001 East Jackson Avenue, is hosting a four-course Wine Dinner.
Each course is accompanied by a hand-selected wine.
First Course
Cremini mushrooms stuffed with clam and served with a demi-glaze sauce
Wine: Michelle Brut
Second Course
Strawberry avocado summer salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing
Wine: Belle Gloss Pinot Blanc
Third Course
Boeuf Bourguignon, served over a bed of rice
Wine: Ménage à Trios Silk
Fourth Course
White chocolate crème brûlée with a raspberry glaze
Wine: Fetzer Gewurztraminer
